There are no refunds on appointments. If client contacts Kait within 24 hours or appointment time reasonable accommodations can be made to reschedule.
"No call, no shows" will result in removal of client services.
Shipping occurs within 48 hours unless otherwise specified or communicated.
We are unable to process returned merchandise at this time due to Covid.
We do reserve the right to choose who we service and can terminate clients or sales at any time. Notice will be given.
